“Scarborough” Awarded at TIFF

“Scarborough” enjoyed a highly successful world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, claiming runner-up in the People’s Choice Award (behind “Belfast”), and taking home the Shawn Mendes Foundation Changemaker Award.

Hailed by Variety as “ground-breaking” and “haunting”, and by NOW Magazine as “a new Canadian cinema,” “Scarborough” has been picked up for Canadian distribution by LevelFilm and will receive a theatrical release in 2022.
